Crazy Might Work

Crazy Might Work launched on a Russian icebreaker in Antarctica in 2015 with a mission to equip leaders with the skills and tools for breakthrough transformation. We have worked with leaders in spaces ranging from aged care and intensive care to space itself. Our Leading4Breakthrough program draws on the 4-D program used by NASA to create the social context required for high performing teams.

Crazy Might Work is known for pushing the boundaries of what is possible, with pragmatism, originality and humour. Our DisruptivebyDesign® program draws on over 100 years of insight research and incorporates practices from the disciplines of appreciative inquiry, cognitive and social neuroscience, systems and design thinking, aeronautical engineering and even game design to deliver breakthrough thinking and innovation. The company has been twice nominated as a finalist in the Australian MyBusiness Innovator of the Year awards, as well as the NSW Chamber of Commerce and ‘Talent Makes Future’ awards, hosted in China.
